GamedayCrew Terms of Service

Effective date: October 9, 2026

GamedayCrew ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by Velorum Dynamics LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use GamedayCrew

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will close it and delete its data.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us at contact@gamedaycrew.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post or upload — photos, posts, comments, messages, and game recordings. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display it as needed to operate the app (for example, showing your post to your friends, or analyzing a clip you asked the coach to review). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where limited copies persist in routine backups for a short period.

You promise that you own your content or have the rights needed to share it. Game recordings should be of games you played in or recorded yourself with the participants' knowledge — not broadcasts, streams, or other people's footage.

Content rules

Do not post content that infringes someone else's rights; that is sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, or harassing; that impersonates another person; or that is unlawful. We may remove content, hide it pending review, suspend accounts, or close accounts that break these rules. Posts reported by multiple users may be hidden automatically pending moderator review.

Copyright complaints

We respond to copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our Copyright Policy for how to submit a notice or counter-notice. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.

Third-party content

Sports highlights in the app play through YouTube's official embedded player from their original channels, credited to their source, and are subject to YouTube's own terms. We do not host or re-upload third-party video.

AI features

Coaching lessons, key-moment detection, and the sports assistant are generated by artificial intelligence. They are provided for general information and entertainment only, can be inaccurate, and are not professional, medical, or training advice. Practice safely and at your own pace. AI features have daily usage limits.

Picks and predictions

Game picks award points and bragging rights only. There are no stakes, wagers, odds, prizes, or purchases of any kind. GamedayCrew is not a gambling service and may not be used to arrange wagers.

Ending your account

You can delete your account and data at any time in the app (Profile → My Profile Details → Delete Account) or at gamedaycrew.app/delete-account.html. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velorum Dynamics LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app; our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of fifty dollars (US $50) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the effective date above will change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
